Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to make delivery as simple and efficient as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Same-Day Dispatch:
    Orders placed before 4 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day via Royal Mail.

  • Delivery Address Accuracy:

    • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
    • If using PayPal, double-check the address provided at checkout, as PayPal settings may override your input.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot compensate for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Delivery Timeline:

    • UK Mainland: Most items arrive within 3-5 working days.
    • Remote Locations (e.g., Islands, Highlands): Delivery may take up to 7 working days and may incur an additional charge.
    • International Orders:
      • Ireland/EU: 5-8 working days
      • Rest of the World: 7-14 working days
      • Tracking service available for all international deliveries.
  • Free UK Delivery:
    Orders over £30 qualify for free UK delivery. To claim this, please select the “Free Shipping” option during checkout.

  • Delivery Costs:
    (Prices start at the following rates and may vary based on weight or delivery method.)

    • Wall Stickers: From £2.95 (UK 1st Class)
    • Wallpaper/Window Films: From £4.50 (UK 1st Class)
  • Oversized Items:
    Items exceeding 120cm in width or 2kg in weight will be sent via courier service. Fees start at £7.50 and vary based on volumetric weight.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

General Return Policy:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Once the return is processed, we will issue a refund to your account, minus the original shipping and return freight costs (if applicable).

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at support@decowall.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email.
  3. Return the item to:

Product-Specific Policies:

  1. Wall Stickers:

    • Must be unused and in their original condition.
    • Original shipping and return costs are deducted from the refund.
  2. Wallpaper/Window Films:

    • Only unopened and unused rolls are accepted.
    • Opened rolls cannot be returned.
    • Refunds are processed after the item is inspected, minus shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we’ll replace it free of charge within 30 days.
  • No restocking fee applies, and there’s no need to return defective items.

Refund Timeline:

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
